In January we sent out a survey to all our users and hospital
staff and had a fantastic response of 254 returned surveys. Those who left an
email address were entered in a prize draw to receive a £20 book token kindly
donated by Blackwells Bookshop.
The winner was Sarah Bell (University of Sheffield) seen below receiving her prize from Sarah
Massey (right) our Knowledge & Library Services Manager.
We are still analysing the results of the survey but we are pleased that people who have used our website found the information they were looking for 96% of
the time.
It’s really useful to have your suggestions for service
developments and whilst we can’t promise to provide all of them we will
certainly do what we can to make our service match your needs.
PS It is not obligatory to wear stripes to come into the
library!
