InfoBites Google
The first of our InfoBites sessions will be next Tuesday 4th December from 13:00 to 13:30 in Illingworth Library on F Floor in Stephenson Wing open to all staff.
This is not about clinical searches for evidence but just general searching that you might do in the course of your job or for leisure.
Are you swamped by results when you search, can you distinguish adverts from other results, can you use Google to do calculations or can you find a cartoon of a purple cat when you want one? All and more will be revealed...
Cakey nibbles will be provided...bring your lunch and a drink ..or buy one from our selection. There will be a short presentation lasting 20 mins to show you some tips and tricks to get more out of Google searching and introduce you to some of the tools you might not have tried yet.
Do come along and join us.
